Cancellation Policy

Taj Mahal Tour Packages Employee Or Agent Would Never Ask For Any Of Your Card Information Related To Number, CVV, Net Banking Login, Password, OTP And So Forth. Neither Would They Communicate For Transferring Funds To Any Personal Account Or Install Third-Party Apps Like Any Desk, Team Viewer. In Case You Get Into Any Of Such Act Or Any Loss Of Your Money, Creative India Journey Strictly Will Not Be Responsible For Any Losses.

Cancellation Policy:

No Show For Private (FIT) Visits / Packages: When Tour/Travel Services Are Cancelled for Any Unavoidable Reason. We Must Be Informed Of The Same In Writing And This Will Be Effective From The Date We Receive A Letter In Writing.

The Cancellation Charges Would Be As Follows:

60 Days Or More Before Arrival - 15% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
59 Days - 30 Days Before Arrival - 30% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
29 Days - 15 Days Before Arrival - 50% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
14 Days – 0 Days, Before Arrival Or No Show - No Refund.

Note: No refund will be given for any cancellations made for whatever reason if reservations for the following period are cancelled.

Highest Season Reservations (December 01 –January 30).
Festival Period Bookings (Festivals Like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair Etc).

No Show For Group Tours/Packages:

In Case Of Cancellation Of Tour/Travel Services Due To Any Unavoidable Reason. We Must Be Informed Of The Same In Writing And This Will Be Effective From The Date We Receive A Letter In Writing.

The Cancellation Charges Would Be As Follows:

60 Days Or More Before Arrival - 25% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
59 Days - 30 Days Before Arrival - 50% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
29 Days -0 Days, Before Arrival Or No Show - No Refund.

Important Note:

(For The Cancellation Of Individual And Group Tours):
In the event that the confirmed tour or travel services are cancelled (due to any unavoidable natural disasters), the two options listed below may be available, regardless of the cancellation mentioned in the tabs above:

The advance payment made by the client will be credited to a credit note facility, which the client can use at any time for future travel for themselves or any other member of their family, friends, or relatives.

In Case The Client Urges For The Refund- Then A Minimum Of 10% Service Charge Would Be Applicable On The Total Tour Cost, And The Remaining Amount (After Lessening 10% Service Charge) Would Be Refunded To The Client. Should the client decide to cancel the tour after it has started or midway through, the amount of the refund will rely on what we are able to collect from the hotels and inns. For The Unused Hotels, Transport, Meals, Guides Or Any Other Travel Service, The Company Would Not Be Responsible For Any Refund. The cancellation amount would not be based on the client's advance payment, but rather on the total tour cost of the booking.

Cancellation Policy For The Flight Tickets:

Flight Tickets Booked Are Non-Refundable. Name Change And Date Change Can Be Considered As Per The Rules Stipulated By The Airline

Cancellation Policy for the Wildlife Game Drives :

Reservations for wildlife game drives at any national park or sanctuary are not refundable. Even Date Change Request Will Be Considered As Cancellation And No Payment Can Be Refunded/ Adjusted Against It. This is in accordance with government regulations and rules.

Refund Policy:

Regarding Refund Of Unused/Unutilized Services (Which Are Paid For And Canceled In Advance), The Refund Amount Would Be Worked Out Based On The Cancellation Policy As Described Above. The Money Would Be Accordingly Refunded To The Person Who Has Made The Payment To Us. Please Note That The Refund Process May Take A Minimum Of 5-6 Weeks Due To Banking Procedures. If The Refund Is Made To The Credit Card Account OR A Bank Account, The Bank Charges Would Be Debited From The Refund Amount. Only Written Communication Shall Be Entertained Regarding The Refund Part.
